RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refunds for Bespoke Orders or on Sale Items!
(We only give refunds if an item does not fit and we cannot exchange it for a bigger size).
If you wish to return an item(s) please contact us within 7 days and return within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale.
If the item is faulty please state so via email. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
Once we receive your items back we will issue you a refund excluding the original delivery charge.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel.
Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. We are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.
